Diagnostic Imaging Case Studies

This section contains actual cases from our files of digital infrared images taken before and after treatment using specialized upper cervical technique as the exclusive form of care. The types of conditions are noted along with areas of interest. Clear visualization of pathology, along with dramatic post treatment improvement in nervous system function, can be easily detected using this sophisticated form of imaging.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

A patient with symptoms over the past 8 months, failed physical therapy, and current recommendation for surgery. Cold regions in the right hand correlate with the patient's area of symptoms.

Resolution of CTS after treatment.

Chronic Asthma

A patient with 12 years of symptoms and daily oral medication and inhaler use. Cold regions over the lung fields along with a loss of central spinal heat denote chronic respiratory and neurological insult.

Resolution of chronic asthma after treatment.

Chronic Migraine Headaches

A patient with a 10 year history of migraines occurring 5x/month, lasting up to 5 days each, and daily multiple medication use. Cold facial regions denote altered vascular function and correlate with the patient's side of face and head pain.

Post-treatment restoration of normal vascular function along with resolution of migraines.

Chronic Fibromyalgia

A patient with a 15 year history of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Multiple focal regions of increased heat denoting myofascial pathology and correlating with the patient's areas tenderness and pain.

Resolution of fibromyalgia after treatment.

Right Sided Disc Protrusion

A patient with symptoms over the past 3 months and MRI verified right L4/5 disc protrusion. Loss of heat in the right foot correlates with the location of nerve root impingement and the patient's complaint of radiating symptoms down the right leg and into the foot.

Resolution of nerve impingement and symptoms after treatment.

Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome/CRPS

A patient presenting with severe regional pain, altered skin temperature and color changes, and severe sensitivity to touch in the left arm over the last 6 months. The large area of heat loss in the left arm denotes serious sympathetic hyperactivity and confirms the diagnosis of stage 1 RSDS/CRPS

Resolution of RSDS/CRPS after treatment.
